As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support to our customers. **The Opportunity**

This is an onsite position located in our Orlando, FL office, where you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. Our Heart Failure solutions are designed to help patients manage their conditions more effectively, and we're committed to providing top-notch support to our clients.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining a customer base in the Remote Patient Monitoring platform
* Conducting VW enrollment calls and equipment training/set up
* Following up on Compliance issues
* Conducting monthly calls with customers
* Placing supply and equipment orders
* Following up with vendors as necessary
* Working reports and following through on orders placed
* Ordering, shipping, confirming delivery, and handling RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if needed
* Performing outbound calls to customers to notify them of shipping issues
* Resolving or reporting any problems that may occur
* Assisting with the implementation of workflow productivity improvements
* Following all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements
* Understanding and adhering to all business processes and procedures
* Maintaining a culture of accountability
* Adhering to department metric standards set by your supervisor or manager

**Basic Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of one year of customer service experience
* MS Office knowledge
* The ability to use thinking and reasoning skills to solve problems and work with other teams within the VAD department to successfully accomplish daily tasks

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

* An associate degree or equivalent work history
* Some data processing experience
* Spanish-speaking skills (but not required)
* Previous experience/knowledge with Apple products
