You'll also support the background check review and documentation process. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that's passionate about making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans * Support the background check review and documentation process as needed * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience * Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location * Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer-facing role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages * Experience working with Medicare contracts and verification of certification processes * Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
