Customer Service Representative - Healthcare

Description: Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare related concerns. Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member’s needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.
