Position Details:
• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Location: In Michigan - Full time - Remote
• Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)
• Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)
• Wage: $14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)
• Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

Day to Day:
• Answering incoming calls from REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners
• Making determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions

• Live trainer with small class sizes
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
• Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience:
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
