Position Details:
 Job Title: Customer Service Representative
 Location: In Michigan - Full time - Remote
 Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m.  5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)
 Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m.  10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)
 Wage: $14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)
 Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

 Live trainer with small class sizes
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
 Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
 Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
 Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience:
 Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
 Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
