Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
1 year of Customer Service and Call Center experience

0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment
