Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information regarding account management, transaction details, and company policies.
Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and understanding of financial services.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall customer experience.
No prior experience in customer service is required, but previous experience in financial services is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service software effectively.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
