Customer Service Representative, E-Commerce

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls, process orders, and build sustainable relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManaging incoming calls and customer service inquiriesGather and prepare all information for pricing review in a timely manner for new and existing customers prior to orders being enteredProcess all orders in an efficient and timely manner within 48 hoursManaging the stock tray inventory for all customersIdentifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationHandle customer requests/complaints/issues by seeking appropriate solutions and communicating them within a reasonable amount of time.
