You will be responsible for accurately entering data and customer orders into our ERP system, communicating effectively with customers, and reviewing and updating data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data and customer orders into our ERP system
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
Report any data-related issues to your supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills and strong typing abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Secondary education certificate
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
