Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst-Customer Service for a 12-month contract in a Remote mode.

Location: Remote- Houston, TX 77010
Contract: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Role Overview
This is a data entry role focused on processing and managing utility-related customer queries. The candidate will perform data input, account reconciliation, and respond to inquiries while meeting performance metrics. The environment is structured, collaborative, and metric-driven.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Input and manage customer account data related to utility services
ā¢ Investigate and resolve data discrepancies through account reconciliation
ā¢ Support external and internal customer service requests
ā¢ Meet performance benchmarks and KPI metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, etc.)
ā¢ Work collaboratively with team members and participate in occasional onsite meetings
ā¢ Support utility-related documentation and reports
Must-Have Qualifications
ā¢ 1ā3 years of customer care (CC) and data entry experience
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
ā¢ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
ā¢ Comfortable working in a performance-tracked environment (KPI-driven)
Soft Skills
ā¢ Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
ā¢ Collaborative and able to communicate across teams
ā¢ Proactive and organized with a commitment to continuous improvement
