Customer Service Representative / Data Entry

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and an excellent communicator'comfortable working behind the scenes while supporting both clients and internal teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
? Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
? Track and resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department
? Maintain clear, accurate records of all customer interactions
? Coordinate scheduling or updates between clients and field/project teams
Data Entry & Administrative Support
? Accurately input and update project, billing, and contact data into internal systems
? Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms
? Assist in preparing digital documents, reports, and job status summaries
? Support administrative duties for the operations, accounting, and field teams
What You Bring
? Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Comfortable with phone/email interactions in a remote setting
? Strong typing skills and attention to detail
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
? Experience with CRM, construction management tools, or job-tracking software is a plus
? Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks independently
