Compensation: Competitive salary ($15.50 - $20.00 per hour) + performance-based incentives

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Collections, you'll be responsible for collecting on low-risk accounts, assisting customers in understanding their financial obligations, and providing guidance to limit losses to the bank. You'll work in a fast-paced, independent environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize delinquency rates
Assist customers in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation and provide guidance
Negotiate repayment options and handle incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain accurate documentation and account maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year customer service experience required
Collections experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter
Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Weekly flexible prime-time hours required
