Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow established procedures for handling customer complaints and feedback. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues effectively. Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate information. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
