Provide exceptional customer service to Aetna members by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Act as a liaison between Aetna and its members, ensuring that all communication is clear, accurate, and professional. Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with members and colleagues. Maintain a thorough understanding of Aetna's products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and helpful information to members. Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns and find appropriate solutions. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management in order to improve overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments within Aetna to ensure a seamless and positive experience for members. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures in order to enhance the overall customer experience. Uphold Aetna's values and mission in all interactions with members and colleagues. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Fluent in both English and Spanish in order to effectively communicate with bilingual members.
