As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping customers navigate their healthcare experience while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls regarding pharmacy benefits and prescription inquiries.
Use CVS Health systems to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues.
Provide information on CVS Health services and health-related programs.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Must reside in or around San Francisco, CA and be eligible to work in the U.S.
