Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with benefit-related questions.
Research and resolve pharmacy or claims concerns.
Document interactions accurately in CVS systems.
Educate customers on tools, services, and options available to them.
Work collaboratively to meet performance goals in a virtual setting.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with remote technology.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare preferred.
Must reside in or near Austin, TX, and be eligible to work in the U.S.
