Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling. • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment. • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
