- Arrive at least 10 minutes early for discussion sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- Willingness to fully participate in discussions on various topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in focus groups or market research is a plus
- Familiarity with product testing and providing feedback
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
