Customer Service Representative - After Hours (REMOTE - US Hours)

Our Client based in the US is offering Elderly Home Based Care and various other services.
They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team.
Fully remote position but based in South Africa.
The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.
Responsibilities
ย Answer all incoming calls.
ย Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours.
ย Provide timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform.
ย Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary.
ย Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start.
ย Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services.
ย Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed.
ย Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows.

Skills
ย Fluent in English
ย Compassionate and confident
ย Responsible and reliable
ย 10+ yearsย work experience in customer service + office duties.
ย Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
ย Impeccable phone and computer skills
ย Staffing and/or health care experience
ย Experience working remotely and independently to the USA.
ย Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
ย Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
