**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative - Affiliates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and phone for policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
* Entering account information in the agency management system and issuing policies following department procedures
* Communicating with agents regarding payment status, billing problems, and coverage questions
* Collaborating with customers, agents, and staff to gather application data and claims processes
* Preparing emails and letters for correspondence with customers and agents

**What We're Looking For:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years of general business, insurance, or related experience
* CISR designation (or willingness to obtain)
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience with agency management systems
* Familiarity with church operations and ministries market
* Strong prioritization skills and ability to work well under pressure
