Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant

Remote Full-time
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. MUST BE CITIZEN OF UNITED STATE.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers with scheduling, inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
• Support management with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
