Customer Service Representative

We support our clients by recruiting top talent for local job openings.We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lawrenceville, Illinois.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00pm - 4:00am
Pay Period: Weekly
Pay Rate: $18.50
Training provided!
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answering, screening, and routing all phone calls.
• Assisting walk-ins, scheduling interviews
• Complete data entry in the database for new applicants and check-in's.
• Organize and ensure completeness and accuracy of project-related and administrative materials and documents.
• Develop strong working knowledge of business processes and administrative deadlines.
• Maintain weekly audits.
Job Requirements:
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance records.
• Strong computer skills with minimum of 35 WPM.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• High School Diploma.
