Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Glass Doctor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience. You will interact with our customers daily, offering them support, solutions, and guidance while making every interaction as positive as possible. You’ll be part of a fun, driven team that celebrates success, tackles challenges head-on, and is always ready for the next adventure!
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver exceptional service: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with a smile, ensuring a smooth and helpful experience.
• Solve problems creatively: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude and find innovative solutions for customer inquiries.
• Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with teammates across departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Bring energy & enthusiasm: Maintain a positive, fun attitude and contribute to a competitive yet collaborative environment.
• Upsell and cross-sell: Be proactive in identifying opportunities to introduce customers to additional products or services that meet their needs.
• Provide feedback: Continuously share insights with the team to improve products, services, and customer interactions.
