Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist that can help our customers via Phone, Chat and Email and also work in our Showroom as scheduled. We’re looking for quality people who have an outgoing unique personality, have a heart for serving others, can whip up some great emails and conversations, have great integrity and are detail oriented.

Important details:
Location - The Saddleback Headquarters in Azle, TX (We are currently building our Headquarters so this position will start as work from home but will be in the office full time starting summer to fall 2025)
Position - Full Time, Typically M-F 8:30am - 5pm
Travel - none
Required - Good internet connection
Main responsibilities -
• Answer phones, emails and/or chat from our customers
• Assist customers in our showroom
• Record and document customer information as needed
• Process sales and returns
• Resolve customer concerns
• Put a smile on your customer’s face
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
