We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, detail orientated, multi-tasker and prefers to work in a small office environment. Previous customer service work required. This is not an entry level position. This is a permanent seasonal position during our operational months from March through December.
What you would be doing:
· Answer Phones, we service roughly 3,000 customers from the months of April to Mid November,
o Signing up customers for service plans
o Scheduling service calls
o Scheduling Add-ons and new installation appointments
· Utilize CRM software to route & schedule our service technicians daily schedules.
· Processing Credit Card Payments
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Seasonal Full Time Schedule:
8-hour shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm,
Monday to Friday
