Customer Service Representative

They are seeking an organized customer service professional with great written communication skills to support with order entry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner. This role is 100% onsite in Duluth. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Input customer orders and process them in software.
Support customers with general inquiries on orders.
Respond in a timely manner to adjustments, lead times, and order status.
Answer any billing or invoicing questions.
Uncover errors in the order entry system and resolve as necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Planning.
