Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. What you will do:
Β Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
Β Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
Β Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
Β Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
Β Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Β Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Β Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
Β Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Β Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Friendly and approachable personality.
Β Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Β Proficiency in using basic office software.
Β Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Β Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
