Customer Service Representative

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promptly answer customer inquiries over the phone, email, chat or social media.
• Listen attentively to client concerns and address them professionally.
• Efficiently pacify high-strung situations while trying to fix the problem on the first call.
• Cross-reference contact where necessary for timely solutions.
• Fulfill financial transactions and help with other needs made by clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls made by customers for reporting purposes as well as audits.
• Say something constructive about call problems so that they improve their level of service.
• Increase sales by suggesting appropriate products or services to clients occasionally.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent done..
• The age of 18 years onwards is acceptable.
• A person who has worked before in a call center environment if you please.
• Minimum typing speed should be 25 words per minute.
• You must be able to run a computer efficiently.
• You should not have any problem solving minor technical issues without involving anyone else.
