Customer Service Representative
Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the responsibility to work with our customers that are in need of service for their systems. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer communication and satisfaction, have a strong work ethic and a passion to create customer loyalty. Responsibilities:
Ā Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service.
Ā Handle multiple responsibilities and balance customer priorities.
Ā Efficiently schedule customer's deliveries to meet their needs.
Ā Go above and beyond for every customer concerns and requests.
Ā Support sales and operations team members so that each customer has a great experience in our store.
Ā Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Ā Effective communication and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
Ā Handle excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with your team members.
Ā Perform any additional functions that may be assigned by management.
Ā Be able to resolve any escalated customer issues.
Requirements:
Ā Minimum three years of proven success working on high-performance teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented service environment
Ā Excellent phone and customer relationship skills
Ā Proven experience developing service solutions derived from problem analysis, good judgment, and customer focus.
Ā Working knowledge of computers and contact management/customer service tracking software
Ā Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and building both internal and external relationships; good team player
Ā A self-starter and results-oriented with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion
Ā Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and professionalism
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Organized and detail-oriented

Ā Scheduling customer requests
Ā Manage incoming emails
Ā Proactive outbound calling as needed
Ā Assisting technicians with any challenges that occur during the course of the day
Required Education and Experience
Ā High School

Ā Full time
Ā Monday through Friday
Ā 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00AM Ā 5:00PM
Ā 40 hours weekly
