Role Description
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Contract
This is a fully remote contract position for a Customer Service Representative at Prime Vita Solutions. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and improve service quality
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
