Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met across the board
Continuously seek to enhance the customer experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
