Customer Service Representative
This position requires 4 weeks of in-person training at our Wading River, NY office, Mon Fri 8am-12pm. After the training period the position is work-from-home.

The shift for this position:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Responsibilities:
Ā Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers
Ā Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Ā Assist customers with order placement and scheduling
Ā Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Ā Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Ā Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Ā Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback
Ā Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail
Ā Communicating with customers, answering calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Ā Prepare and email estimates
Experience:
Ā Previous experience in a customer service role is required
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ā Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
