## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ## Duties - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests and sales leads - Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Assist with sales inquiries and process orders efficiently ## Skills - Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in data entry and CRM systems... preferred - Ability to analyze customer information to provide personalized solutions
