You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. Your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail will help build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist clients with questions regarding their personal injury cases, providing accurate and timely information.
Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings.
Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met.
Handle client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
