Godsell and Davis is an award winning Customer Service firm that is welcoming those who have experience in the labor industry. The company is looking for those in these industries because of their excellence in team work, efforts in working hard, and never got the chance to grow in their current or past roles.
We are a firm who handles customer accounts for one of the largest distributors of... electricity and natural gas. Their priority is delivering easy and accessible energy solutions to the local consumer. They are a client who outsources to Godsell and Davis to generate all new accounts for the provider. What are we looking for?
The company is looking to fill 5 roles in this position. We are looking for someone who is approachable, not afraid to work hard, and someone who has an undeniable love for people. Experience in the labor field is preferred because of the amount of team work that is put forth to the job. We are looking for someone who is tired of the physical labor of the positions they have worked already and open to something that includes building relationships with potential customers.

Since we are open to someone with no prior background in energy or customer service, we are willing to train from the ground level up. We take pride in our training and learning facilities and make sure we do not let someone fail by constantly overseeing their understanding of the training given. Our top leaders and managers are responsible to provide quality training and support for our team members, to instill confidence, and break someone out of their comfort zone.
Basic Responsibilities in the Entry Level Role:
Interact with potential customers by educating and informing them on the services they qualify for
Be friendly, confident, and respectful to our customer base and colleagues you work with
Have an itch for growth and taking personal situation to the next level
Be open and participate in training on product knowledge and services the company provides to relay back to the customers
Once promoted into a trainer role, teach and train new employees who are starting at the entry level by offering information and assisting in orientations
Learn al compliance management with permits and licenses needed for given territories
