Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
Shipment Tracking:
Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to customers as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and address any operational challenges.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
Organization and Punctuality:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
Arrive on-time and adhere to scheduled work hours to ensure reliability and consistency in performance.

Qualifications:
