Customer Service Representative
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative for Travel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-related inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements:
Ā Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ā Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools
Ā Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment

Ā Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
