Your Customer Success duties, should you accept them, include:
Ā Help our customers with any questions or issues
Ā Make modifications to their accounts and purchases in our CMS
Ā Answer customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries and keep the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track
Ā Some administrative duties
Skills and Requirements:
Ā 3 years experience in customer service
Ā A bright, upbeat personality
Ā Experience with email ticketing systems, such as Gorgias
Ā Experience with Shopify
Ā Comfortable working on a computer (Mac)
Ā Comfortable providing phone support
Ā Extremely organized
Ā Have a synergistic approach to team
Ā Takes personal pride in fast, efficient customer care
Ā Ability to prioritize incoming tickets quickly and efficiently
Ā Proven track record with solid response time and customer satisfaction rating
Ā The ability to make every customer feel valued
Ā The ability to track commonly asked questions and help create a knowledge base
