This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where the selected candidate will be instrumental in building solid customer relationships and will operate within a dynamic call center environment. The role will involve working directly with customers and addressing their inquiries about our products.
Responsibilities:
ย Handle incoming customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
ย Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
ย Actively use Salesforce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel to manage and process customer data.
ย Operate within a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and handled professionally.
ย Apply Spanish language skills where necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
ย Leverage previous customer service and retail experience to provide high-quality service.
ย Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on company guidelines and procedures.
ย Resolve customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
ย Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
ย Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
ย Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
ย Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for customer management
ย Prior experience in a call center environment is beneficial
ย Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
ย Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or French highly desired
ย Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
ย Familiarity with the retail clothing and accessories industry
ย Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
ย Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
ย Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
