Responsibilities
Ā Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and information
Ā Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Ā Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Ā Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Ā Stay current on product knowledge and company policies

Ā Previous customer service experience preferred
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
Ā Strong problem-solving skills
Ā Proficient computer skills... including knowledge of CRM software
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
