About the Role:

Required Qualifications:

Familiarity with Google products such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a tech or SaaS company.
Knowledge of troubleshooting internet or software issues.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
