Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a phone switchboard, directing calls, and transferring them to the appropriate extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Answer and manage incoming calls on the phone switchboard.
ā¢ Direct calls to the appropriate extensions or departments.
ā¢ Provide accurate information to callers when necessary.
ā¢ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
ā¢ Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
ā¢ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills.
ā¢ Strong customer service orientation.
ā¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
ā¢ No prior experience required.
