Role Description
This is a full-time completely remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Trashcans Unlimited, LLC. This position includes Paid Training. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
• Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, etc.,
• Learning the Company's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers in order placement
• Providing support or direction
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Service
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
