Role Description
This is a full-time completely remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Trashcans Unlimited, LLC. This position includes Paid Training. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, etc.,
Learning the Company's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers in order placement
Providing support or direction
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Problem-solving skills
Experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
