Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift (IL, NC, VA, WV, DE, FL)
We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
β’ Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
β’ Utilize Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.
β’ Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
β’ Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed.
β’ Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
β’ Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or food service industries.
β’ Ability to work 2nd shift (12:30pm - 9:00pm EST)
β’ Experience with Zendesk or other customer service software is highly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
β’ Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
β’ High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
β’ Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
β’ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
