Position: Remote Customer Service Representative
Working Hours: Minimum of 18 hours required weekly.
Salary: $21.45/Hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
? Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company's CRM.
? Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
? Build relationships and trust with customer accounts
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
? Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution.
? Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
? Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers? problems and concerns.
? Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

? Excellent communication skills including active listening.
? Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product/services codes and terminology.
? Ability to be cordial and respectful with co-workers and customers.
? Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
? Work overtime as assigned.
? Comply with all company policies and procedures.
? Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal
