The Mom Project is excited to partner with Rust-Oleum in their search for a Customer Service Representative. This is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Chicago, IL .

The Role
As our Customer Service Representative , you're there to handle anything, good or bad, for sales representatives, distributors, and dealers that will keep orders on track and on time. The customer is everything at Rust-Oleum, and we're here to take care of them. To thrive in this role, you must have some customer service experience and be willing to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges.

Customers are our number one priority. You'll learn our standards and make sure we meet them in each interaction
A team you can rely on. We trust each other to show up every day and on time
Access to a personal workstation containing any and all equipment to aid in the meeting of daily metrics
Required Experience
1-3 years of customer service/support experience
Strong Excel skills
SAP or other CRM experience an added plus
Sound communications skills
Grace under pressure
Ability to handle interactions in a diplomatic manner
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
Familiarity with the use of PC systems for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders, and products
Experience with B2B customer support a plus
