Customer Service Representative Italian Speaker Porto, Portugal | Remote Option | Start Date: 4th September 2025 We are looking for passionate Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Porto! What We Offer Salary: 1,000 gross/month (14 months salary) Performance Bonus: 50/month (paid 12 times/year) Meal Allowance: 7.63/net per working day Remote Work Option: Available for candidates residing in mainland Portugal Rotative Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:0019:00 (possible extension to 21:00) Two Rotative Days Off Exceptional Relocation Support For candidates from abroad: Room in a shared apartment (max. 12 months) at 280/month (all utilities included deducted from payslip) Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 in economy class (after 6 months) Additional temporary accommodation: hotel room for 28 days (depending on the project) For candidates relocating within Portugal: Possible relocation support if currently in competitor-provided accommodation Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 (after 6 months) Temporary hotel stay for 15 days (depending on the project) Requirements Native/Fluent Italian (spoken & written) Good level of English (B1 minimum) Valid work eligibility for Portugal: EU ID or Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visa under consultation (case-by-case) Why Join Us?
