Develop and manage the disposition strategy for the company's real estate assets
Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers
Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documents
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to real estate disposition
Qualifications
A history of success in sales
Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills
Must be driven! Were looking for a motivated individual who is eager to serve and contribute
Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity for success
Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines
Flexible and eager to work some nights and weekends
Resourceful and positive team player
Excellent problem-solving and judgment capabilities
