Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Conduct data entry and maintain customer records accurately Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries Provide exceptional client services by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless customer interactions Skills HS Diploma OR GED Required 1 - 2 years experience in customer service/call center Typing/Computer Navigation Active Listening Skills Data Entry Proficiency in handling various customer service tasks Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers courteously Are you available to work 40 hours a week between Sunday - Saturday between 7 AM - 8 PM EST?
