Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Payroll Associate Execupay About the Role: This fast-paced and challenging position requires quick thinking and dedication to serve clients effectively. The payroll specialist is responsible for accurate processing and recording of client payrolls, while providing expert customer service. Responsibilities: • Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls. • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all payroll transactions. • Understand payroll taxation requirements. • Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly. • Prepare accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll reports. • Provide ad hoc reports to clients. • Work with clients across various payroll environments to manage time and attendance, payroll processing, and reporting. • Resolve client payroll and system-related questions. • Manage client projects. • Respond to client calls and inquiries promptly. • Coordinate payroll activities end-to-end with clients. • Deliver exceptional customer service, including follow-up, follow-through, and accountability. • Perform other duties as assigned.
